Beschrijving van het project
The first tramway line of Mostaganem, 14.2 km long, is composed of 2 sections:
- The first section connects the “Salamandre” sector to the “Kharouba” sector, 12.2 km long and with 20 stations.
- The second section connects the SNTF station to the new bus station, 2 km long and with 4 stations.

The evaluation covers the following phases:
- Phase 1: Design of the installations and manufacturing of the equipment
- Phase 2: Manufacturing – Installation
- Phase 3: Tests and trials
- Phase 4: Preparation for operation
- Phase 5: Commissioning (Safety file)
- Phase 5.1 Partial safety file
- Phase 5.2: Completion of the safety file
