Project's description
The Metro-Link Express for Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad co. ltd (MEGA) is a mass-transit rail system between the cities of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar in Gujarat that will connect 4 corners of Ahmedabad with 2 corridors and 32 stations. The 1st phase of the project, expected to be completed by 2020, is about 39.259 km out of which approximately 6 km is underground and the remaining part is elevated section.
Scope of work
CERTIFER is carrying out an ICE mission by ensuring that Employer’s Requirements are complied with, and taken into account at all times during the development process and by verifying compliance with regulations, standards and best practices of the system designed and implemented.
The mission covers the following aspects:
- Rolling Stock;
- Power Supply;
- Control-Command & Signaling;
- Depot Workshop Equipment;
- SCADA/PIS/OCC;
- Platform Screen Doors;
- System Integration & Interfaces Management;
- Operations & Maintenance;
- Communication.
